Names vary. The structure is usually similar.
Title or presenting sponsor
- Name on the event title and all event materials.
- Largest logo on signage, program, and scorecards.
- Included team or teams.
- Speaking slot or mention at the presentation.
- Post-event thank-you and recognition.
Hole sponsor
- Sign on an assigned tee.
- Program mention.
- Optional on-course presence if the course allows it.
Contest sponsor (longest drive, nearest the pin)
- Sign at the contest hole.
- Named contest in the program and on the day.
- Mention when the contest winner is announced.
Cart, meal, or drinks sponsor
- Signage on carts, the meal area, or the drinks cart.
- Program mention.
Team sponsor
- A foursome entry in the field.
- Program listing.

The two hard deadlines are print and registration close. Everything else can move a little. Those two cannot. Collect sponsor foursome names and handicaps through the same form as everyone else.

Put sponsor foursomes on the scramble pairing sheet like any other team. If you rebalance on the day, avoid splitting a sponsor foursome without asking them first.
Day-of signage placement
- Walk the course with the placement map before players arrive.
- Check each hole sponsor is on the assigned tee.
- Put contest sponsor signs at the contest holes.
- Title sponsor signs at registration, the first tee, and the presentation area.
- Photograph each sign in place. Useful for the thank-you and for next year's pitch.
- Collect signs after the round if they belong to the sponsor.
Post-event thank-you
Send it within the window you promised. Include:
- A thank-you from the organiser.
- Photos of their signage in place.
- Mentions on social or in the event recap, if that was part of the tier.
- A note about next year's event.
